Framing a Rosette

Box Frame for a Rosette

This rosette presented real challenges as it’s roughly 60cm long, 10cm wide, and 3cm deep.

We chose a backing board to suit and a frame which could be made deep enough to allow for the depth of the rosette.

After being fixed to the backing board with clear tags we established the rosette needed a frame which was deep enough to stop it pressing against the glass.

Once the frame was made, glass and backing boards cut, everything was fitted together and presented to he customer who was delighted with the result.

Unfortunately, we forgot to take a picture of the finished article!
